Too Faced mineral water pencil is good for a quick touch up in the morning. I don't get much sleep so I like putting it on before the rest of my make up. It's so refreshing~ Its 35% mineral water with aloe too. Or their herbal eye concealer works too. It has ginseng & green tea.
