Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics has a new Manhattan address and ThisThatBeauty’s got the exclusive on their new digs!

Known for their cult-like following of lip tar worshipers, Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics is a personal favs and professional MUST HAVE for my makeup kit! In a nutshell, as a brand, they “just get it”. OCC is fresh, energetic, smart, and fiercely innovative. So when the opportunity presented itself to be the first member of press to tour OCC’s new NYC digs — I squealed!

Upon arrival at OCC Manhattan, I was warmly greeted by OCC CEO and Founder David Klasfeld. OCC’s airy Manhattan location offers both retail and dedicated workshop space for airbrush training. The black and white decor of OCC Manhattan sharply contrasts against the vibrant palette of OCC loose colour concentrates, lips tars and balms, and nail lacquers proudly displayed throughout the space. The touchable textures and captivating colors make it nearly impossible to resist swatching shades on the back of your hand. I double dog dare you to not touch! When I visited with OCC I was in between appointments so I couldn’t get all touchy feely with the goods, but David promised I could return for an OCC product play date! *SQUEAL*

David Klasfeld is always a gracious sweetheart and gives ThisThatBeauty exclusive dish on upcoming collections.
